This beautiful, 5-drawer, solid oak dresser got a "make under"! Sanded down to raw wood, it has been given a light paint wash in the color Driftwood by Country Chic Paint. The entire piece has been sealed in a water-based satin polyurethane. 
The outsides of the drawers have been sanded down and waxed, and the insides of the drawers have been lined with a pinstripe print. The wood inside the dresser has been refreshed with Wise Owl Paint's lemon verbena furniture salve, a light scent that fades over time. The keyholes and patina on the drawer pulls give this dresser a classic, timeless look.
