**SOLD**
This lovely, solid pine washstand likely dates to the early 1900s as evidenced by the spooled arms, dainty legs, and doweled drawer construction. The washstand needed some small structural repairs in addition to a very good cleaning.
Time for a pop of color! Using Elderberry by Fusion Mineral Paint, this piece got a bold, moody update. A vibrant yet sophisticated purple, this color is the perfect combination of burgundy/merlot and eggplant tones and changes with the lighting.
The drawer, which opens and closes with ease, has been lined with a simple black and white floral and has a new champagne bronze knob. This washstand would be amazing in an entryway, on a porch, in your dining room, or anywhere that you could use a bold pop of color! Transition through the seasons by tying in flowers and greenery of different colors or decorating with bowls and pitchers of your choosing. With two spooled towel bars (one on each side), you could easily decorate it with your favorite tea towels to complement your choice of stoneware. Available for pickup in Windham, Maine.
