This beautiful, solidly-built cedar chest has been updated with a simple, modern design. A sleek new base reflects the clean lines of the original trim on the body. Painted in a classic white and sealed with a satin polyurethane, this piece offers a timeless look that fits easily into any decor style. 
The inside of the chest is in excellent condition, and the top opens easily with the original brass hinges. The inside of the chest has been refreshed with cedar oil and smells wonderful. This piece is painted all the way around the body, so it could be used in a wide variety of ways, including as a coffee table. For child safety reasons, the lock and latch have been removed.
