This stunning antique washstand cabinet is made of solid oak. It has been completely sanded down to raw oak and sealed with a water-based satin polyurethane to preserve the light wood tones. The two drawers feature dowel joinery, and there is a sizable cabinet space for additional storage under the drawers. Both drawers have been lined with a beige and white floral pattern. The left door closes with a hook and eye at the bottom, and the right door closes with a magnet. Updated drop pulls in oil-rubbed bronze match the drop pull on the door and make the aesthetic more modern while keeping lots of original character. 
This would make a great oversized nightstand (pair it with my available pine washstand for a mis-matched set). It would also be perfect for extra storage in a smaller space.
