This beautiful French provincial-style dresser was made by Drexel, likely in the 1950s or 1960s. It was worse for the wear when I happened upon it, with tons of damage to the exterior of the body and damage to the veneered drawer fronts. After several repairs and many rounds of detail sanding, it was given another chance at life. The dresser has been painted in Gray Linen, a perfectly balanced gray with hints of beige. This color can change a bit depending on the lighting, but it is a harmonious tone that adapts well with many styles and spaces.
This dresser is extremely well-crafted, offering spacious dovetailed drawers and lovely curved lines. The drawers have been lined with a floral pattern that compliments the style and color of the dresser. The original pulls have been painted to match the dresser, providing a monochromatic look that is simple and timeless.
