This stunning 1920s solid mahogany dressing table is in excellent condition! It has been given a thorough cleaning and been revived with Restor-A-Finish, then resealed with Feed-N-Wax. A mix between Federal and Sheraton styles, it has beautiful carvings and details. The mirror is in very good condition with a small bit of hazing across the top (standard wear for a piece of this age) and can be detached from the arms if you so desire. Overall, there are few chips/scratches, but the wood grain speaks for itself. A piece of cut glass comes with the dressing table and fits on the top. There is a very slight chip missing from the back left corner of the glass. There are no makers marks or stamps with the exception of the numbers "1128" and "1130" on the back side. Though its original purpose was a dressing table, this piece would be striking in an entryway and would make a great catch all for your keys, sunglasses etc.- tucked away inside the drawers. It could also serve as a statement piece in a living/family room, and would make an excellent vanity or writing desk. Measures 36.5" wide, 61" high (includes mirror) and 20" deep. Available for pickup in Falmouth.
